- Catch up with recorded videos
Missed a class? No worries! Our class recordings are available daily in the “Videos” tab of the class link. Simply log in and click on this link to access them: https://eka.practicenow.us/students/eka/home
- Pause your membership
Life can be unpredictable, but that doesn’t mean your yoga practice has to suffer. If you’re expecting to miss one week or more of classes, simply WhatsApp us on the Eka number (8861018282) before your absence, and we’ll extend your membership by the number of days you miss. Please make sure you share this information with us in advance, and the duration of your absence is a minimum of one week.
- Track your progress
At Eka, we’re all about celebrating progress and growth. That’s why we offer monthly assessments of flexibility, balance, and strength during the last week of each month. It’s a great way to track your progress and see how far you’ve come! We’ll send you reminders about these assessments in future emails.
To help you make the most of your yoga practice with Eka, we’re also sharing some free meditation resources with you. Meditation is a powerful tool to cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing. Here are some resources to get you started:
