Ashwathy Manoharan

Aswathy Manoharan has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She has completed 500 hours of training at Aayana Yoga Academy and has taught yoga classes for over 4000 hours both online and offline in India as well as internationally. In addition to leading hatha, vinyasa, and pranayama classes, she specializes in relaxation practices.

Lalithashree Rajesh

Lalitha is a yoga and meditation teacher with over 15 years of practice. She is a regular Vipassana practitioner, and  completed an RYT200 certification and more recently a Yin Yoga teacher training. In addition to regular asana, pranayama and meditation classes, she also takes classes for a group of adults with special needs.

Frequently asked questions

When does the class start?

The current open batches are between 6 AM and 8 AM IST.  We also launched a 6:30 PM IST evening batch. You are free to attend any class once you join, but overtime we encourage people to pick a slot and stick with a teacher.

I am a beginner. Can I join?

Absolutely. 

The group classes are for beginners who want to start yoga practice and also people who have tried yoga before but still consider themselves beginners.

These time slots don’t suit me. Do you have any other time slots?

We are trying to add new slots. If we have enough people for the requested slot we will be happy to open that slot for you. Please mail us your slot requirements at eka@ekameditation.com
