Meet your teachers
Aswathy Manoharan has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She has completed 500 hours of training at Aayana Yoga Academy and has taught yoga classes for over 4000 hours both online and offline in India as well as internationally. In addition to leading hatha, vinyasa, and pranayama classes, she specializes in relaxation practices.
Lalitha is a yoga and meditation teacher with over 15 years of practice. She is a regular Vipassana practitioner, and completed an RYT200 certification and more recently a Yin Yoga teacher training. In addition to regular asana, pranayama and meditation classes, she also takes classes for a group of adults with special needs.
Frequently asked questions
The current open batch is for 7 AM to 8 AM IST. Classes start on 16th Nov, 2021.
The group classes are for beginners who want to start yoga practice and also people who have tried yoga before but still consider themselves beginners.
