Pranayama for Anxiety Relief & Relaxation

Do you find yourself anxious, restless, fearful about the future or stuck in a negative loop of thoughts, and are unable to come out of it for long stretches of time? Then this workshop is for you. We will begin by understanding what anxiety is and how it affects our state of mind. Then we will understand, practice and explore 2 simple and impactful pranayama techniques that can help us come out of the loop of anxious thoughts.
You will learn how to use these practices in this interactive workshop to help find balance in times of chaos and uncertainty.

20 min daily Meditation for people who can’t make it a habit.
If you have tried repeatedly to build a meditation practice by yourself or with an app and it hasn’t been working, then this program is for you! The classes will include practice for the body, breathwork technique and concentration building practice.
