We organise one relaxation session each week. The techniques used are Movement, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama or Breathing Exercise, and Japa or Mantra Meditation. It is FREE to attend for daily class subscribers.

The breath, our lifelong ever present companion, is the most commonly used focal point for meditation practices. However, many of us find it challenging to observe the breath. We may not be aware of the number of things we can observe about the breath or the clues it provides us about the state of our mind.
Come explore some of these aspects of the breath and learn to use it in your daily life as well as in your meditation practices.
20 min daily Meditation for people who can’t make it a habit.
If you have tried repeatedly to build a meditation practice by yourself or with an app and it hasn’t been working, then this program is for you! The classes will include practice for the body, breathwork technique and concentration building practice.
