Yoga Nidra – Review of the week

Yoga Nidra is a practice that is ideal for a review of the week meditation, to view events with a neutral witnessing attitude and then let go of any residual emotions associated with them.

We will start with a short pre-pranayama movement practice to prepare the body. Breathwork will include an introduction to yogic breathing and preparatory alternate nostril breathing followed by a relaxing shavasana.
