Care Programs

Specialised yoga and neuroscience-informed support for children and individuals navigating illness, recovery, and neurodivergence.

At Eka, we design care-centered programs for populations who may need a gentler, more adaptive approach to movement, regulation, and healing. These programs are built in collaboration with hospitals, foundations, and care communities.

Our work is grounded in traditional yoga and informed by modern neuroscience. Depending on the population, we use movement, breath, sensory systems, developmental patterns, visualisation, and regulation practices to support healing, resilience, and connection.
