What we work with
Four ways the nervous system speaks.
The mind predicts threat
The body protects
The body adapts
Progress feels impossible
At Eka, we see these as symptoms of deeper underlying patterns and work to address them holistically.
How we work
We see movement as expression, much like a dance.
A reflection of how we feel, adapt and respond to the world.
Our work helps you feel safe enough to move, breathe and express yourself with greater ease, awareness and freedom.

"With Eka for almost a year. When I started, I had knee issues. Because of the holistic program — yoga, strength, and cardio — I feel so much better. I can now sit on the floor cross-legged, which I couldn't do before. Very grateful."
"I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, but for the past year and a half I've been able to maintain my health, my posture, and my energy. Small group size and individual attention from each instructor makes all the difference."
"Sayanta tailors the workouts to each person and always offers modifications. It never feels repetitive. A great way to stay consistent and actually get stronger."

Lalitha has practiced for more than fifteen years and is a regular Vipassana practitioner. She teaches with steadiness and patience, and works with both regular students and adults with special needs.
