Eka.bodymind

Cultivating sensing bodies, easy breathing, and fluid movement.

We work through the body, breath, senses, and mind to resolve complex mind-body problems. Our methodology is firmly grounded in yoga, movement science, and neuroscience, and is informed by diverse somatic and contemplative practices.

Priyanka Jain

Hi, I'm Priyanka.

Founder & Lead Teacher, Eka.bodymind

Through seven years of building Eka.bodymind and helping individuals navigate stress, pain, and lifestyle disorders, my perspective on health has evolved into three distinct truths. First, our body, breath, and mind are entirely inseparable and if you move one, you inevitably shift the rest. Second, we are incredibly fortunate to live in an age where modern neuroscience bridges the gap between tradition and science, giving our practices global validation. Finally, we've realized that early intervention matters. That is why our programs are moving upstream, helping a younger generation build resilience before chronic issues set in.

My personal journey with yoga and meditation felt magical, but my teaching is driven entirely by evidence. We deliberately integrate the science of the nervous system and exercise physiology with traditional yoga to create lasting, measurable relief.

Posture

Forward head posture, upper back tension, screen strain, hip and pelvic tension.

Panic

Stress, overthinking, anxiety, performance pressure.

Pain

Non-specific pain, fibromyalgia, headaches.

Plateau

Fatigue, burnout, low motivation, feeling stuck.

At Eka, we see these not as isolated problems, but as signs of deeper underlying patterns.

Our work helps you feel safe enough to move, breathe and express yourself with greater ease, awareness and freedom.

We use yogic practices through the lens of the systems that shape movement and perception, including interoception, proprioception, vision, vestibular function, breath dynamics, motor control, NSDR, and central sensitisation.

What students say

"With Eka for almost a year. When I started, I had knee issues. Because of the holistic program — yoga, strength, and cardio — I feel so much better. I can now sit on the floor cross-legged, which I couldn't do before. Very grateful."

Eka student With us for almost a year

"I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, but for the past year and a half I've been able to maintain my health, my posture, and my energy. Small group size and individual attention from each instructor makes all the difference."

Dr. Reena Bhatt With us for 1.5 years

"Sayanta tailors the workouts to each person and always offers modifications. It never feels repetitive. A great way to stay consistent and actually get stronger."
